Thie directory contains the scripts as an RAR formatted archive to perform the
metatranscriptomics analyses outlined in the paper by Jiang et al. entitled:
"Metatranscriptomic analysis of diverse microbial communities reveals core
metabolic pathways and microbiome-specific functionality" currently under review
at Microbiome.

To describe the process by which metatranscriptome datasets were processed,
we also provide a tutorial ("Metatranscriptome_Pipeline_Tutorial.doc") which was
preseneted at this years Metagenomics Workshop, hosted by the Canadian Bioinformatics
Workshop series:
