Phootprinter


Phootprinter is a tool that will allow you to identify genes - insofar as they have been collated in the PartiGeneDB - that are in common between one organism and a specified group of organisms, and are absent in another group of organisms, based on a cutoff that you specify of a percent identity of the precompiled best Blast matches in the PartiGeneDB.
