Apicomplexan phylogenomics

This page presents data from a systematic and comprehensive analysis of sequence diversity within the phylum - Apicomplexa (Wasmuth et al., submitted)
If you wish to obtain data from the paper that is not present on this page please send us an email. We'll happily provide the data your need.
Data from the analysis:
1. Protein families mapped onto the phylogenetic tree.
2. Putative apicoplast homologues with a BLAST cut off of 50 bits or 100 bits.
3. Protein domain annotation -> PfamA and PfamB.
4. Taxonomic profiles for each sequence -> here.

Below we present a clickable image map of Figure 1 from the paper.
Clicking on any node within the tree allows users to download the protein families associated with that node (i.e. families that are deemed to have originated at that node).
The numbers after the species names also contain downloadable sequence datasets.
Sequences are provided in FASTA format with headers indicating protein family membership and species IDs.
