Phylogenetic Profile Search allows user to search for genes that have sequences similar to genomes of multiple species. The similarity is represented by a BLAST score.

Click on any taxon group to show avaliable species in that group.
Select the species that will be searched and click 'add' button to add them to the 'selected species' list. Select species from 'selected species' list and press 'remove' button to remove species from selection. |
